1. Service Cancellation

Cancellation requests will be considered only if raised immediately after placing the service order or signing up for a package.

Once the project scope, proposal, or agreement is finalized and work has commenced, cancellation is not possible, and no refunds will be provided for the work already initiated.
2. Advance Payments

All advance payments made towards services (such as website design, hosting, SEO, advertising, or development) are non-refundable.

In case of special circumstances (such as duplicate payment or incorrect billing), refunds may be approved at the discretion of management.
3. Service Quality Issues

If you are dissatisfied with the service provided, you must raise the concern with our Customer Service Team or your project manager on the same day of delivery or milestone submission.

Our team will review your concern and may offer revisions, corrective work, or partial refund — depending on the case.
4. Refund Timeline

In cases where refunds are approved, the amount will be processed within 6–8 business days and credited back to the original mode of payment.
